20th Century Fox to Sit This Year's Comic-Con Out
20th Century Fox has reportedly decided that they will not be attending this year's Comic-Con in San Diego.  According to sources, the studio has cited concerns over leaked footage for their reason to skip the convention, which is held in July.

Last year, director David Ayer commented via Twitter to express his upset at the leak of footage from "Suicide Squad". "Shame our sneak peek Hall H footage was leaked. #notcool
it's unfair to the fans who waited in line. And not how I intended folks to see it", said Ayer.

Some say that piracy could be only a small part in the decision made by 20th Century Fox. They simply may not have enough material to showcase. Couple that with the fact that other studios will have some major footage to promote, such as Sony's Spider-Man film and multiple projects from Disney, maybe they just simply thought they couldn't compete.
