Michelle Pfeiffer to Star in Ant-Man and the Wasp

Marvel announced during its panel at Comic-Con that Michelle Pfeiffer will be starring in the upcoming film "Ant-Man and the Wasp".

Pfeiffer will play janet Van Dyne, who is the mother of Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) and wife of Hank Pym (Michael Douglas).

"Ant-Man and the Wasp" is the sequel to "Ant-Man", which was released in 2015.

This will mark a return to comic book film genre, as she starred in 1992's "Batman Returns" as Catwoman.

"Ant-Man and the Wasp" will be released in 2018.
