Leigh Ann Watson (Katie Holmes, Mad Money) is the brightest girl at Grandsboro High...but her dreams of a much-needed college scholarship are sabotaged when her history teacher, the dreaded Mrs. Tingle (Helen Mirren, Red), falsely accuses her of cheating.
