Gary Oldman, who is no stranger to the horror or drama genres, will be teaming up with Entertainment One Television to create a new horror/drama series.

The series will be titled "The Diabolic", and will center on an exorcist who falls in love with a single mother who happens to have a young son who is possessed.  The ancient entity has diabolic intentions that will not only threaten the boy, but also the fate of mankind.

The pilot will be scripted by Daniel Kay.
