When the body of Army Capt. Elizabeth Campbell (Leslie Stefanson) is found on a Georgia military base, and two investigators, Warrant Officers Paul Brenner (John Travolta) and Sara Sunhill (Madeleine Stowe), are ordered to solve her murder.
